Careful What you Wish For

Lately I had been a little frustrated with my calling in Activity Days. We only had two girls so the primary decided to just have them go with the older group. Which was best for the girls, but it made me feel like I had nothing to do. I have a hard time making friends and being social and I know callings help alot getting to know people. I should be better about making friends and being outgoing, but I couldn't help but wish sometimes that I was in a situation to easily meet (call me lazy) more people in the ward. Maybe Heavenly Father felt I needed some more interaction as well.

Well, long story-short, I was called  to be the second counselor in the primary this week! I am super excited and think it will be really fun. I am very nervous though that I will be able to serve the way I need to. Hopefully though, being sick is on it's way out the door. Perhaps this prenatal/iron/juice thing came at a heavenly timed moment and I'll be just fine from here.

The other night I was thinking about all the things I got to do while I was in primary. Most of my memories from being little revolve around being in primary and helping my mom while she was in the presidency. I remember staying after church with her and my sisters and we would do egg-beater twirls with our dresses in the back of the room while they had their meeting and learning all the new songs. I'm excited to be in Primary again!

I'm so excited you're in there too! You will be awesome. Abby was sad when she heard the old presidency was being released but then she heard you were in the new one and she got excited:)
